Chef Miyamoto has been in South Africa for the past 25 years where he has established a successful career. Starting in Japan over 30 years ago, he trained as a chef in French and Japanese cuisine. In South Africa he has been working in various restaurants by establishing them, inventing and preparing menus and then training chefs and running the kitchen in the restaurants. In 2007, Chef Miyamoto and Terry started Miya’s Cuisine which has become a preferred catering company of choice.
Terry’s Greek heritage brings a love of food to the table where tradition is to produce food that is tasty, delicious and enjoyed by all.
With Miya’s passion for producing the perfect pallet pleasing portion your event will mark the year, with a function catered to please.
